Finding our purpose and calling in life doesn’t start with the outside, it’s a feeling, it’s something that comes from the inside first.
Nipsey Hustle’s death brought about a lot of emotions such as why the good die young phenomenon and had us thinking about the kind of world we want to live in.
He seemed to have known what he wanted his world to look like and he was on a mission to build that world.
But his life and death was a stark reminder that purpose is a feeling. It’s not something that could be created through spreadsheets and pros and cons list but something that goes deeper than that.
You know, Maya Angelou always said, “People don’t always remember what you did but they sure as hell remember how you made them feel.”
And this is why we think purpose is a feeling. When you find the feeling you find the purpose.
