Abby is the host of The Wanderlusters Mind. A podcast that interviews world travelers from around the world who are transitioning back to their home countries.

Abby spent most of her life playing competitive sports. But, after a terrible sports injury, Abby had some time to think about her life. She was inspired to travel by a family member. After some thinking, she decided to buy a one-way ticket to Buenos Aires.

When she was about to run out of moneyinstead of going home she applied for a visa to Canada. She ended up living there for three years. She's visited 30 plus countries since then.

Abby says it's important to put yourself out there. By putting herself out there she was able to have many wonderful experiences with other travelers on her traveling journey.

Upon returning home, she was unable to connect with friends. There is such a thing as reverse culture shock!

But, she didn't want to return to the 9-5 and people couldn't understand that. Abby wanted to create a lifestyle that she loved.

Now as a life coach, she works with other ex-pats who are transitioning back to their home countries.

In this episode, you’ll be inspired by the following:

1. Don’t worry, nothing will go to plan but that’s a good thing.
2. Travel helps you to step outside of your comfort zone.
3. Travel opens up your perspective to new things.

So tune in!
